Description
The 28 cm non-stick frying pan from Helix is made from recycled aluminum and finished with a healthy ceramic CeraGreen non-stick coating — your all-round non-stick partner in the kitchen. It’s ideal for cooking with little or no oil and is easy to clean. Thanks to the phenolic handle and non-stick coating, this pan can be used in the oven up to a maximum of 180°C / 356°F.

Which frying pan size should I choose?
20–24 cm pans suit one or two portions, eggs and side dishes. 28 cm is the most versatile size for everyday family cooking. Choose 30–32 cm for larger portions or batch cooking. The diameter is stated in every product name.
Non-stick or stainless steel – which is better?
A non-stick pan is the easiest choice for eggs, pancakes, fish and everyday cooking with little oil. A stainless steel pan is best for searing, browning and high heat, and it lasts for years. Many kitchens use both: non-stick for delicate food, stainless steel for meat.
Which pans work on induction?
All frying pans in our range work on induction as well as on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs – BergHOFF's product data confirms this for every pan we sell. The hob types are also listed in the specification of each product.
Can I put my pan in the oven?
Yes, up to a temperature set by the handle and the coating. Non-stick pans: up to 180 °C (Balance, Glints, most Helix, most Stone+) or 230 °C (Graphite, most Phantom). Stainless steel pans (Helix, Graphite): up to 250 °C. Graphite cast iron grill pan: up to 280 °C. The exact limit is in the specification of each pan. Use an oven glove – handles get hot.
